28 November 2010 Farmers Santa Parade
This annual free event sees floats and performers move down Auckland's Queen Street culminating in the arrival of Santa. The Parade Route is 2.2kms long and takes approximately 50 minutes to pass any given point. The Parade ends at approximately 3.30pm

February 2011 Devonport Food & Wine Festival
Since its inception by the Devonport Rotary Club in 1990 the festival has entertained and hosted over 200,000 people and raised almost $2 million for charity. February 2011 Auckland Lantern Festival
The 11th Auckland Lantern Festival, organised by Asia:NZ in partnership with Auckland City Council, will be held in downtown Albert Park. In pride of place at both Festivals in 2010 will be our tiger lantern, marking the new Year of the Tiger in the 12-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac.

May 2011 International Comedy Festival
The NZ International Comedy Festival is a highlight on the entertainment calendar. Its broad mainstream appeal has been demonstrated by consistently high audience attendances since it’s inception in 1994. July 2011 International Film Festival
Over the years the Auckland International Film Festival has screened many thousands of fantastic films. The year 2000 marked the Festival’s return to the fabulously refurbished Civic Theatre, the South Pacific’s most insanely beautiful picture palace. The Festival in 2005 achieved an audience in excess of 100,000.
